How to do it
- Clean the crabs, puree them, and filter them through a sieve to remove the crab carcasses. Put the cleaned crab in the pot and boil with 1.5 liters of water. Wait until the crab meat floats, use a racket to scoop it out and set aside.
- Fry purple onions, add yellow bamboo shoots, straw mushrooms, and stir-fry until fragrant. Put everything in the pot of crab water, season to taste. Add the crab meat back in when eating.
- Serve hot with raw vegetables, rice paper (or vermicelli) and chili fish sauce.
