Shiitake beef soup

How to do it

Clean and slice beef. Wash mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Finely chopped laksa leaves.

Fry the green onions with cooking oil, stir-fry the beef until rare with soy sauce, and pour into a bowl.

Boil the broth, add shiitake mushrooms, season to taste. Pour into a bowl of beef, sprinkle coriander on top.
